Day 14 Lentil Sprouts
I have been getting a few e-mails and a comment yesterday about how I eat my lentil sprouts (in the morning). This is actually a funny story. My current project is in another city. I have a 1.5 hour commute one way. So, I eat my breakfast in the car. I put my lentil sprouts (with nothing else on them) in a bowl and grab handfuls and eat them as I am driving. I find that eating them by hand is easier than eating them with a spoon while driving. However, I still end up spilling a bunch of sprouts from bowl to mouth and I have to vacuum out the front of my car every now and then to get all the spilled sprouts. Once I finish the sprouts I sip on my green smoothie. The 1.5 hour commute is perfect for getting all of this stuff down and showing up to the client site with my breakfast out of the way.
I have a bit more energy today. I was really tired Monday and Tuesday. But, I am still dragging a bit. Hopefully, by tomorrow I will be back to "normal".

Morning
3 hummus chip
1/2 flax oil
1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
2 cups lentil sprouts
Green smoothie with celery, kiwi, and spinach
1/2 raw bar (I tried it hoping to get a kick of energy. No kick of energy, but I did feel less hungry).
Afternoon
1/2 tsp psyllium husk powder
Cauliflower curry
Cilantro chutney
Red pepper/tomato chutney
1 Brazil nut
3 carrots
1 banana
2 cups strawberries and grapefruit
Evening
1/2 raw bar (I was really hungry on the drive home)
3 avocado, spinach, and sunflower sprout nori rolls
Cauliflower and carrot spicy pickle
6 Lime Pepper crackers with 1/4 avocado
Huge spoon honey
Honey tea
2 figs
