I've been off track so long I can't say I'm apart of this challenge.

Well I've been more vegan then raw I've been eating mostly Beans, Rice and corn chips. No desserts or anything which I'm so happy about but still I need to be 100% Raw, There is a difference and I can tell. Although I don't feel horrible, I feel different and my throat problem that I had before is coming back so I know I need to be heading back into the raw direction.

I find it most hard to stay raw when I'm out of town and I've been out of town quite a bit I try to eat salads but end up adding beans and rice so I just totally messed up.

My goal is to be back on track just for this week and just take it one week at a time. I even went to a sushi place that I use to go to to have Mushroom sushi and it was nasty it didn't taste the same as it used to I almost puked so I think my body has been adjusting to Raw or some of raw and even old stuff doesn't taste the same.. Well I'm still here and still kicking and don't ever plan on giving up raw as I believe my health issues will always come back to life if I turn back to eating my old SAD Diet of desserts and meat..

I am most happy that I've been off my SAD Lifestyle for 2 months now wowowowowowow. Yay for me. But now I need Raw 100% Raw.

Thanks for listening.

I'm glad you've not given up.....it's so worth it when you finally have that moment when you're like "Ok, now I can do this" and you DO! It can be a bumpy road, but the destination is worth every effort! We're in this together!

Aw Doc. You're still a part of this. It's just a matter of lining up your wants to's with you done it's. Same thing for the rest of us. I learned something rather profound at Alissa's class. They said to change your destiny you must take these steps: 1). change your thoughts (I CAN) 2). change your words (I WILL) 3). Change your actions (I DID) 4). & You'll change your destiny. (WOOHOO!) ((((( BIG HUG!!!))))) Glad you're back!

This is not an easy journey. If it were there wouldn't be a need for this site and the support it offers. You are so amazing... you will get through this
P.S. I miss ribs too. But I won't miss my fat from those ribs.
