so far i have had NO desire to workout. my mind and body were not on the same page for the first 12 days or so...then at the end of last week i would have this huge surge of energy and my body would be craving some intense squatting sessions (my favorite). but i just couldn't rally the troops...*so to speak*. it's like i would THINK about it, but something was holding me back. i just think i wasn't ready.

walking gets very boring for me. the only exercise i really love is dancing and weight lifting. i have a strong desire to run, but my knees have always been a problem...so maybe someday with my new raw lifestyle healing my body, i will be able to run and enjoy working out without having a gym.

anyway i went to bally's on a 2 week guest pass...b/c i hate signing up for gyms. seems unfair that we have to PAY to get healthy. the govt. should set up gyms for us i think...agh i digress.

well it was a good workout. i am so out of shape, but i jumped right into some routines and kept it simple, but it felt soooo good.

also, today my face looks DIFFERENT! it's hard to explain, but clearer. i don't have skin problems at all, but my eyes seem clear and my skin seems a bit glowy.

today i ate a GS for breakfast with spinach, mango, banana and some coconut shreds. half a cucumber and some guacamole for lunch. a pear for snack and then later another GS. before the gym i had an apple with some almond butter and when i came home from the gym i made a blender full of GS with a banana and a load of spinach.

i still feel like i am eating a lot and also about every 2 hours i am hungry again. i try to not worry about it, b/c i feel SO good.

i have been starting to get antsy for some bread...the past couple days...which is a bit worrisome. maybe a dehydrator is next on the list...i have all this golden flax and would love to make some flax tortillas and crackers. i also want to make the onion bread.

hopefully i can get one soon.

I'm not one to eat bread... but for what ever reason - I started craving bread when I went raw -- onion bread to the rescue!! That stuff is just wonderful! You are doing really great - and jumping in and exercising is fantastic...I just started that back up again myself... RAWK ON GIRL!!!
