Raw Dinner for Hubby!

This is my third day of getting into raw! I have decided to gear up for the October 30 day raw challenge! I know that November and December will be difficult because of the holidays.
I bid on and won a wheatgrass juicer and a brand new food processor! They should be arriving soon! I made some pate with almonds and sunflower seeds in my little bitty processor I used to make baby food in. Can't wait for something bigger and easier!
For breakfast:
almond butter, bananas, blueberries mixed with water and raw honey
For lunch:
munched on last night's leftovers....udon noodles, broccoli, red pepper and walnuts. The tofu didn't appeal, so I picked it out and sprinkled some Bragg's aminos on top.
For dinner: I am SO PROUD of this!!!!!!
I put mixed greens on a plate, put a tomato that had been cored in the middle and filled it with almond/sunflower seed pate made with carrots, celery,onion, and lemon juice. Then I put apple slices, avocado slices, green grapes, and yellow pepper slices around the edges. It was so beautiful! My husband really liked it (except he said the pate was a little bland...he would like it with more flavor.....hmmm)
Then a few minutes ago I had a big spoonful of almond butter right out of the jar. YUMMM.
I didn't juice today though...missed my carrot, apple, ginger juice.
Another major achievement...I went to see a movie tonight after Gabriella was in bed and didn't even crave the bag of popcorn and diet soda I usually nosh on! Just had some icy water!
Of course, the Dr. did not call today and it was after 5 when I realized that fact...argh. I guess it was because I felt really good today with no nausea or vomiting. I will call her in the morning.
