Lunch; sleep! I slept most of this day, I was quite tired! But I got up feeling pretty good, not weak or lethargic like the day before after that cuccumber smoothie.
Dinner, spinach and apple smoothie. Took a bold step and added a green cabbage leaf, not loving the bite!
I had more of that apple cobbler thing I made yesterday for dinner. But I slept most of the day. My sleep and overal emotional state were not so great because of Petri being away for a few days but he's back now! So I can relax and continue with peace of mind.
I bought the Garden Diet ebook and wow! I love it! - After reading it, I feel 100 times stronger against any cooked cravings. I've a cooked body and I'm determined to transform it into a raw body!
I'm so happy now that I got more spinach. Regular fruit smoothies don't come near the effect a spinach one has for me. I feel very stable from spinach and it tastes so great I will try and have more of these from now on and worry less about gourmet meals.
