Banana and Almond Butter Smoothie.....

This morning I got up and threw 2 bananas, a handful of blueberries, a couple strawberries, 2 TBSP of raw almond butter and 1/4 of soymilk in my blender. WOW very yummy. I know the soymilk isn't raw, but it's in my fridge and I'm not going to throw it out.
We went to church and afterwards Joel wanted to go to Uno's (Chicago Pizza) for lunch......I had a salad with mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, and red onions. ( I asked them to not put the croutons on, but there they were....yeah I had one) The dressing that came on the side was a blueberry vinaigrette and I dipped my fork a few times. I really wasn't that hungry though...my stomach was cramping a bit..but no vomit! Yay!
Went to Barnes and Noble and looked for Alissa's book to buy it and discovered you can only get it through this web site...(is that correct?) But I still bought a Raw Book (I love books!)
We went home and after Gabriella was quiet in her crib and Joel was quiet watching football and golf I went to Food and Thought. Of course, it wasn't open on Sundays (didn't even think to check) but found Nature's Garden across the street. LOVED IT! They made me another banana and almond butter smoothie (with rice milk) and they call it an almond fling! I am definitely having a fling with this drink. I bought a nut, seed, coffee grinder and a big bottle of Bragg's Liquid Aminos.
Dinner was cooked...Udon noodles, broccoli, red peppers, tofu, walnuts stir-fried in walnut oil with some Bragg's on it. Followed it up with apple, ginger, carrot, beet, spinach and celery juice.
Realized I had no more bananas......that meant no smoothie in the morning!!! AHHHH! So I ran across the street to Sweetbay and ended up with a watermelon, bananas, lemons, tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, and frozen blueberries, raspberries and mangos. I am dangerous around produce!
I don't know what %raw I was today....maybe 50%? All I know is that other than some stomach cramping, I felt pretty good. Dr. is supposed to call tomorrow.
