2nd day :)
For some reason, today was mentally hard for me. I know it is only my second day, and I have done the raw thing before, but today I had to remind myself to take it one day at a time, and even one meal at a time.
I started having nervous thoughts about what to eat or what I cant eat. I was really tired today, due to some family stress, monthly hormones etc.... So I wanted to just grab some s.a.d. food and run to work.....but I didnt. LoL. I told myself I didnt need to eat cooked dead food to feel good....so I relaxed and took a moment to think of a quick raw meal. Happily....I made some very yummy raw nachos, I call Rawchos.
I then took some dehydrated pineapple and mangos to work with me just in case I got the munchies. Which to my surprise, I didnt. I felt great. :)
So, here is what I ate today.....
Breakfast: blueberry orange banana smoothie
Lunch: My rawchos....purple cabbage for the chips, shredded carrots, avacado, tomato, raw sunflower seeds, black olives, all topped off with a little bit of cashew cheese on top. Yummmmy!
Dinner: Lettuce wraps; sprouts, pate', tomato, avacado and a wee bit of namu shoyu.
Snack: celery with nut butter and couple bites of pineapple
Tomorrow...maybe I will get to makin' those flax crackers. LoL
