Breakfast, an avocado.

Lunch, half a zuchinni into pasta and 1/4 cup of cashew, walnut and basil sauce.

Snack? I developed a mean craving for a dessert. Something fruity and sweet, so I looked up some apple cobbler recipes and as I tend to do, just add ingredients here and there. It turned out unbelievable. The crust was mostly oats with some almonds and walnuts, a date, some oil and salt. The saltiness was very crucial here. All ground up, then for the filling I pureed a peeled apple with 2 or 3 dates, some lemon juice, a bit of salt, cinnamon and water. It was about as sweet as a cooked dessert, something I haven't had in a while. But it totally took away the edge.

Note to self: when eating all raw, EAT. I thought I might've been overdoing the food so after waking up half way through my sleep and realized I was hungry I made a smoothie with a cuccumber, an apple and some lemon. I felt full from the liquid and pulp but I didn't feel that it was what my body needed. The acid and sugar was a bit too much, I kept thinking of something fatty and filling like some nuts or something with avocado, but refused.

I woke up hours later feeling lightheaded, weak and while I knew I was starving, I had also lost my apetite. It's the worst feeling. So I immediately opened and avocado and ate the whole thing.

I feel much better now, and started to prepare some pasta with alfredo and basil. Nuts are soaking at the moment but I no longer feel like passing out.

Basically, if it's raw, for the love of god eat what you want till you feel satisfied, any further restrictions and it's a slice of pizza or a bagel in emergency mode.
