blehhh breaking out???!

Rate this Entry
my skin had been looking so nice the past couple of days now all of a sudden today i look in the mirror in the evening and out of nowhere i have big red pimples dotting my forehead, my nose/cheeks are red and my dark circles look really dark!

i was supposed to fast today and then i ended up not doing it. well maybe i should do it tomorrow and further hold off these zits before i all of a sudden turn into a pizza face.

i think i need to make a more rigid, set in stone plan for healing my skin. i mean, i know of a lot of different things that can help but im kind of lazy in carrying them out on a daily basis. so, from now on, im going to do the following things daily:

1.clean with coconut oil
2.drink 10 glasses of water
3. take zinc
4. take msm
5. have greens (either in salad or smoothie)
6. avoid massive amounts of sugar at a time (no big supersweet smoothies or eating 3 bananas in a row)
7. yoga nightly
8.use gentle natural face scrub
9. drink lemon water
10. take a walk
11. oil pull with coconut oil

ugghh

samariah-- #1... clean with coconut oil.... you wash your face with it? I use it as a moisturizer but I never realized I could use it to clean my face too! Now the detox party going on there on your forehead... exercise will help push the toxins out of your body faster... you mentioned you need to exercise more - are you doing any exercise now?

oh yes, and do drink lots of water, it washes out the detox that is giving you so much trouble. you are doing so well!!

well i apply it to the affected area and then pat dry to soak up the excess oil. it leaves my skin nice and soft. it does help bc coconut oil is anti bacterial. :)
