Sorry I haven't posted recently. I've been extremely busy with school. So busy that I didn't even celebrate my one month of raw. Oops! Today is day #34. I can't believe I haven't eaten fish or chicken in over a month. I really miss it. Not all that fried, crappy stuff, but just a nice piece of grilled salmon filet or chicken breast--with a nice peach salsa or strawberry avocado salsa--I was quite the experimenter in the kitchen this summer. I miss cooking. A lot.

Just last night my roommate told me she's noticing that the shape of my face has changed recently--I suppose that's a good thing. I haven't gotten on the scale, and I don't even want to--it's the enemy! Haha! I feel good--all I can think about is how well I keep on sleeping hahaha! It feels awesome to get a full night's sleep again. Over the summer I wasn't sleeping at all! And all I would do was eat to gain back that energy I wasn't getting from sleeping.

I watch everything I eat--I've cut back on nuts and such, and primarily sticking to fruit for breakfast, then veggies the rest of the day. I'm wondering if I'm eating too many carbs, and my body is just holding on to all of it? And I'm exercising up the wazoo--I've always exercised. I do AT LEAST an hour of cardio a day, most days even more than that, and free weights and such. I'm hoping I'll just wake up one morning and it will all have fallen off. I can only wish.

I don't think you're holding onto it if your friends are noticing your face changing shape. Hop on the scale, it may inspire you.
