Breakfast was a spinach, apple, lemon and date smoothie.

Lunch was some bananna, apple amd orange pieces with half a cup of plain yogurt and xylitol.

Snack: some broccoli and turnip slices with sunflower cheese.

Dinner: half an avocado maki roll, this time used ground turnip 'rice' instead of almond, half a green smoothie with spinach, apple, a date, water, lemon juice and xylitol. - I definately have to get more apples and spinach.

A couple of hours before bed, which was over 4 hours since I had my last meal, I had the rest of my pate/meatloaf with a small salad.

I'm either still getting accustomed to these foods or doing something wrong. I got that awful bloat and feeling like I just downed an entire buffet. I mean, when I think about what I'm eating daily, it's so light and little compared to the meals and things I used to eat.

Yesterday I had two small salads, two banannas, less than half a cup of plain yogurt, an apple and the pate/meatloaf which was mostly sunflower seeds and veggies with some flax and walnuts. I made about 3/4 of a cup total and split it in two meals. If I compare this to meals made of brown rice, lentils, cod fillet, the slices of bread with cheese in between, the banannas, apples, etc. it's nothing! Yet now I'm feeling totally bloated and stuffed for hours while I didn't before.

I couldn't eat this morning, again. So I waited a few hours then had an hour workout and when I started to feel like I needed to eat something for energy I made a spinach, apple and lemon smoothie. I added a date and MY GODDESS that was so good!

I still feel bloated though, but that smoothie was food for gods. I bought some apples that taste like strawberries, which is more than awesome because I love strawberries, just not the price. I have to buy more, but now I know I can count on that smoothie recipe any time.

Still I'm planning to buy Revvell's ebook on smoothies, how awesome is it that I don't have to wait for it, pay for shipping or taxes. If I could only order an edehydrator and an ejuicer I'd be set
