Ate all raw yesterday but ate a ton. Gained a pound. Wow. Crazy when you think you can actually gain when the caloric intake is so low. Guess the metabolism adjusts.

I'm really tired today and glad it is Friday. I am really ready for the weekend even though I have a lot to do.

Going to make a green juice a priority this weekend and begin drinking them two days a week instead of one. I just really have to develop a liking for them. Eventually the more the merrier.

I am not craving anything. Fruit, greens, nuts and seeds sould terrible right now. I'll just drink water. Anyone else ever have those days? Must begin experimenting with some recipes I suppose. Afraid I might fall apart and run to a taqueria.

Believe me there are days when nothing sounds good. I went through that when I was cooked though too. Standing in front of the fridge, door wide open, full shelves and "nothing to eat". Good luck. ;)

Yep. Been there...in the "shopping pose". Try not to be too freaked out with the slight gain, been there too. It will come back down, no worries. And a run for the border will likely make it much more than 1lb. (trust me on that one) If you're not hungry don't eat...when you're hungry eat. It's really about tuning in to what your body is needing. (notice I didn't say craving)
Have you tried Alissa's enchilada's? They are SO GOOD!!!!

this too shall pass... but I would also suggest - getting creative in the kitchen! cruise thru Alissas book ... cruise thur rft -- or the web... and find a recipe that tweaks your curiosity.... and just plain sounds good... or looks good... and then go for it.... stir the pot... get the energy going again!! You're doin great!! keep up the awesome work!
