PMS soon approaching
Can't believe it has been almost 2 weeks and I haven't craved cooked foods yet. I'm nervous that when my "time of the month" approaches (in the next couple of days, I think) I will fall apart and want to eat lots of bad comfort food. Any PMS sufferers notice a difference since raw?
Down another pound today. That's a solid 10 since I started. Yay.
Already eating lot of green today. Craving leafy greens.
