day 13. hitting a wall.

wellll. i have been having sinus issues and this morning woke up with them again, plus i have a swollen lymph node that is tender. it's not VERY bad...just enough to make me cranky and thinking of hot black tea with cream and honey, the way grandma (irish) got me hooked on when i was 5. and some hot potato/leek soup with brown bread on the side.

this is the first day i have felt some hardcore cravings. it's a little bit scary how intense they are.

i know this isn't the place to talk about cooked things. but that's how i feel right now. even though it's 9:30 am. plus the weather is changing and it's getting cooler outside.

i haven't eaten anything yet, running low on food but i will make a GS in a few minutes, i hope it makes me feel better.

i guess i have to go to the store later to get more food. ho hum. boo hoo. i think i will find some non-dehydrator recipes and non-nutty recipes to get the ingredients for. some simple things. i like the simple eating better.

if i see one more nut. i think i might scream.

    Yep, the craving bug strikes again. Have you tried adding a tsp of coconut oil in the morning and night? It helps with the cravings BIG TIME! Sorry you're not feeling well, hope you feel better soon.

    wellll, i tried coconut oil yesterday evening for the 2nd time and i got so nauseous i had to lay down. and NOW i have cravings first thing in the morning. sooo weird.

    i am afraid to try it again and i have no bananas in the house to chase it with this morning.
