Is Advil raw?

Gosh, my back hurts. Major pain. Don't want to take anything for it. Is Advil raw?

My body really hurts this evening. I haven't been able to work out as I injured my ankle two weeks ago. I'm coaching gymnastics and that is it for workouts. But...yikes. What do you raw foodist do to make the pain go away? Is it a bad thing to put pain medication into the body? Stupid question, but I really don't know....

    I personally don't take anything I know I will have to detox later. Have you tried a chiropractor or massage? I hope you feel better soon!!!

    white willow bark is the equivalent of aspirin in the herbal world. slower, gentler.
