I have to confess. Last night wasn't very good. I started out with great intentions though. I put tons of broccoli, a handful of cilantro, and some cherry tomatoes in the food processor and blended it all up. I made a really big bowl of it, and I could only force half of it down. Going raw was not meant to be torture. I thought it would taste good, but it didn't. Then I got so discouraged, and just basically sickened by the taste that I helped myself to a (fully cooked) brownie.


Today is a new day, I'm feeling good, and moving forward...


So far I've eaten:
-blackberries
-smoothie: chard, banana, flax seed *I think this is my favorite green smoothie combo!*
