My almonds, nori sheets, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, coconut milk and probably xylitol aren't raw.
But well it's been about 4 days since I started and aside from these, I've been 100% raw and not yet feeling pulled to cooked foods.
I can't believe how filling this stuff is. All I've eaten today is a few dates, a pear, two small turnips, a handful of cashews with garlic and olive oil and basil leaves. I feel like I've eaten a pizza, without my blood sugar going crazy, feeling guilty or sluggish afterwards.
I don't know if I'll loose any weight on this diet as I'm not overweight and I'm eating alot of nuts and fats. I wouldn't mind loosing about 5 pounds though, we'll see.
