agh. today is an icky mental day...just b/c of too many questions in my mind about my life and the direction i am going...hmm.
although the raw part is a no-brainer. having no problems in that dept. ;)
breakfast today: strawberries, mangos, acai, blueberries, blackberries, banana and spinach smoothie
lunch: 1/2 cucumber with sprinkle of sunflower seeds, sea salt and some bragg's. a couple spoonfuls of almond butter with some agave.
i will probably make a much greener smoothie for dinner with some kale and collards and fruit of course.
