For breakfast I had some kohlrabi slices and an avocado. Then I made the ravioli recipe from the website. It was delicious, but even though I made half the amount of cheese, it was alot of cheese.

I stuffed two turnip's worth of ravioly, not very big those turnips but big enough for mini raviolis. There was so much cheese left over I am saving it and the rest of the sauce for tomorrow.

It was so filling..

Next time I'll only add 2 dates to the sauce, used 4 and that was too sweet. Could up the garlic.

I'm very happy with turnip pasta, think I'll use turnips from now on.

It looks like I'll be going to Stockohlm after all, no idea what I'll do to eat there. Staying with a bunch of people who probably don't even know what vegan means, I may just have a hard time.

For dinner I spread some of my nut cheese on slices of kohlrabi and topped with fresh parsley and basil, even put the cheese inside spinach leaves and dipped baby carrots in it. Delish. And a glass of coconut milk with cinammon and xylitol.

I am sooo glad you posted about that raviolis! I don't like sweet things - so I think when i make it - i'll use less dates too -- and I ALWAYS kick up that garlic!!! Looove that garlic. thanks for the suggestions. Maybe I'll make 1/4 the amount so I don't have so much cheese left over too.... but... did you like the recipe so much that you would make it again?

It's actually very good, I suggest you try one date first, then see if you want another, and lots of garlic! The full sauce recipe was enough for 4 turnips worth of pasta, I only managed 2 and will definately make it again, perhaps as a lassagna. I suggest it gets put in the dehydrator to warm and dry it up a bit. :)
