ive been feeling dizzy lately. what's that about? i might not be getting enough of something. lemme give an example of my diet--

breakfast: smoothie-- fruits, a leafy green or two.

mid morning- banana

lunch- mostly fruit-- I don't have a fridge to put greens in at work-- so usually fruit

afternoon- orange

dinner- HUGE spinach salad, 1/2 avacado, bell pepper, carrots, bean sprouts, any other vegetable i have in my fridge

evening snack- fruit smoothie

am i eating too much? im SO not going hungry, but i have been feeling a tad dizzy when i stand up too quickly. i drink about 2-3 liters of water/day. i don't ever feel dehydrated. but who knows?

i havent been sleeping well lately. is there something specific i can eat to fix insomnia???

peace.

definitely NOT eating too much. Maybe not enough though! I've heard dizziness can come when your blood sugar drops or your blood pressure drops? Im not sure. If it keeps up you may want to have your blood pressure checked. Now I went thru intense dizziness and turns out - it was too much hi-sugar fruits - I'm allergic to them! one of the symptoms was vertigo... so that's why I hardley ever eat fruit... I hope you're feeling better! ;)
