My first day.
Soo today was the first day on the 30 day raw challenge. I had absolutely no problem with eating raw today. Felt great. :)
First day:
Breakfast: Blueberry, banana, orange smoothie
Lunch: Salad with tomato and Mock Salmon Pate. Yum
Snack: Dehydrated mangos and pineapple
Dinner:Portabello mushroom stuffed with pate' and topped with tomatoes.
Snack: Leftover salad and mock salmon pate' with an avocado.
Just quickly jottin' down my day. I will blog again tomorrow.![]()
Its been a looong day...so off to bed I go. Tomorrow I think I will make some flax crackers. I need something easy to take to work at nights.
