I know that it's been forever since I've blogged..I've been going thru a lot of changes..I am trying to work on coming back to Raw..I know that one day I will be Raw..just isn't right yet...so I'm trying the slower appraoch right now..I am also on an extremely tight budget for awhile..I only have $50 a wk. for food..I'm used to at least $100 if not more...so I'm truly not sure how to do this on that little of money..so I figure I'll just start adding some raw things in for now..I'm thinking of at least having one green smoothie a day..and then maybe having a salad for one of my meals too...but we'll see...I've been so stressed out too that I'm just having trouble focusing on any one thing...just been trying to figure some things out and it's been slow and stressful going..but I don't want my blog to be erased so I am writing again..tho prolly not on a consistent basis yet..hopefully soon tho..I do still get on here every day and read everyone else's blogs

    Love, maybe start out with just being high raw right now until you can go all the way. Sounds like you could use the equilibrium that raw can give you at this point. Maybe one green smoothie a day?

    Hey you are doing the best you can. Can't ask for anything more than that. A green smoothie per day would really help out.

SO GLAD YOU POSTED!!! so like ~ do you think we only want to talk to you if you're 100% raw... scoldings! scoldings!! ;) we love you and we want to follow you ENTIRE JOURNEY!!! cuz we have no doubt that when you can you will be back to raw... in the mean time - you're still on your journey RIGHT?? so - did you move back home? Keep us posted lovey... I've really missed you girrl!!! ;)
