Day 1 September challange.
YAY It's September 1st time to get down to business and be 100% full of life and happiness.
Today I'm going to Chicago which is a 2.5 hour trip from where I live. I know today and tomorrow will be a great day regardless of where I am, I will be 100% no excuses.
I look so forward to be happy and healthy and building great friendships with you all from now on until I can no longer. Thank you all for posting and being so motivating.
Since I will be gone today and most of tomorrow I figured I would go ahead and post what I'm eating. I will post later Sunday night when I get home what I ate on Sunday.
Breakfast: 2 Onion bread / smoothie w blueberrys, apple and kale and spirulina
Lunch: Salad, romaine, celery,green peppers, carrots and seasons
Dinner: Some type of plain salad from a restaurant or we might go to a raw restaurant while in Chicago.
Snack: I will probably end up picking up some other Organic fruit from the farmers market today.
