Aiming for raw September

Hi!

This week has been not great. My dh is out of town for 5 days and I always stay up way too late when he's gone and then I'm tired and I eat bad SAD food. I even had meat today... ??? What in the world?

Of course, I feel sluggish and bloated. I know I will feel this way if I eat SAD (even including fast food - gasp!), but I do it anyway... WHY?

Anyway, tomorrow is September 1st and I am aiming for 100% raw until September 27th. My husband and I are celebrating 10 amazing years together and we're goign on a trip. I'm planning to eat some dessert and cooked food (still vegetarian, though) on our trip, but I know I will feel fantastic (and look fantastic) if I can stick to 100% for the next 27 days.

I got this great dress (size 4, thank you very much) and I'm excited to wear it on our trip.

Oh, I got my stitches out of my forehead today. The scar isn't too bad considering it's only 10 days old! Now I can exercise again. YAY! I've missed my yoga...

    I wish I were a size 4 that is great. I just hate when my husband is out of town it drives me crazy. Heres an early congrats on 10 years..

    Me too. My hubby was away for a 19 day trip recently and star will tell ya...it about killed me! Congrats on your anniversary! Don't worry about the past. Looking forward to this RAWkin september cahllenge!
