11th day

Rate this Entry
Today I had juice as always first thing in the morning. Then melon, oranges, apples, cucumbers, grapes, durian, a few almonds and water, because nuts for some reason makes me very thirsty. When I don't eat them, I barely need any water, because my food is so juicy. Oh, I also had some bananas.
My mouth corners cracking even though got much better one day, does not go completely away. I posted question about that on one more raw food board and some people sugested, that it might be that I am not tolerating some fruit, like pineapples, kiwis or melons. I ate just melons during these 11 days, so I will need to cut them out for a while and see. One person even said that he had it for one year! I am already bothered by it after one week, because it does hurt if I open my mouth wide.
That's the only problem I have now. Headaches are gone. My energy is good. I love it!

Glad the headaches are gone. That was the worst part for me as far as detox goes. That and moodiness. Sorry about the cracked mouth corners. Have you googled it? Mine use to happen when I ate potato chips. :)

Thank you so much for support!
Oh, so mouth cracking is connected to some foods-possibly allergic reaction. Hmm,then I should try mono diet and see which one of the foods gives it to me. Although the funny thing is that it is the worst in the morning-the scabs get bigger after the night and get smaller at night, but maybe just because I move them while eating and talking.
I think I tried googling before, but all I got was b vitamin defficiency, which I am not convinced is true.
