yikes! Stay strong, Nickiepinks. You might want to consider transitioning more slowly. 100% raw is hard. Really hard. For almost everybody. (Although it's been my experience that it's also totally worth the trouble and difficulties). Some people find it works better for them to move into it more slowly, over a longer period of time. I think the Boutenkos wrote a book that involves transitioning: 12 Steps to Raw Foods.

Anyway, best wishes & keep going, it really is worth it,

Get yourself some avocados, some mangoes, some bananas, a few nuts, some strawberries and apples and pears. Eat.

Instead of looking at it as depriving yourself of the other food, look at it as nourishing your body with as many phytochemicals (stuff from plants) as you can. Think about your cells, longing for those wonderful nutrients, and all jumping with joy when the good stuff comes down the chute for them.
That's what I'm tying to do, anyway. :)

Fast food is a habit. This is how I broke that habit. First I quit eating fries. After I got over not eating fries I quit eating hamburgers and started eating chicken or fish. Then I dropped the chicken and was just eating fish. After that I started drinking water instead of soda. This was key to nixing cravings for carbs/fats. Now I find it is not worth waiting in the drive-thru for a fish sandwich and a water. lol
