It has been a long time since I've posted in this blog! I think I may get back to posting my daily food and exercise.
Wednesday's Fuel:
-1 glass berry/beet juice
-smoothie: 2 bananas, 5 clementines, 4 cups romaine
-2 slices sprouted grain bread
-1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
-3 clementines
-1.5 apples
-1/4 cup lima beans
-3/4 cup lentils
-1/4 cup walnuts
-2 ears corn
-bowl of miso soup
Wednesday's Exercise:
AM: 25 minute treadmill run, intervals, hard intensity
PM: 37 minute trail run, moderate intensity
