I tried a Caesar Salad with the Caesar dressing. I also made a Parmesan Cheese from Brazil nuts, garlic & salt. That came from I Am Grateful. Since I bought these large bushels of basil from the farmers market I also made a pesto sauce from Ani's recipe book and switched walnuts for the pistachios. I threw a lot of it into the freezer for days when I'm too busy to make anything. I know I lose some nutrients, but when I able to pull something good to eat from the freezer it helps me stick to this raw diet.
I plan on trying some more of Alissa's recipes this week.
