Messed up big time but I have a plan

Rate this Entry
Well on Day 12 I really messed up, I had cooked Vegan goods. Chevys to be exact, after eating it my side, back, head and stomach hurt. That tells me that I need to not eat cooked foods.

Day 13 I messed up again and had more cooked Vegan foods. I had a bean burrito from Pepe's now my knee is starting to hurt. This is the last day.

My plan of action is to go home and make some raw crackers, chips and pizza bread then I will freeze them until I have the craving or leave some out in a jar until the craving hit. I will no longer subject myself to pain that I don't have to have.

That's a good plan. Take care of yourself! I have more pain when I eat cooked food as well - even though it is fresh, organic, and home cooked. Raw food takes the pain away.
