Having a hard time with bread!

Rate this Entry
I've been eating all raw for a week now except for the fact that I crave bread/crackers. I don't have a dehydrater so I can't make all the nice recipes that are available. Maybe one day I'll be able to get a nice dehydrator!

They have very inexpensive dehydrators at Walmart... and I've also heard that you can use your oven on it's lowest setting -- just prop the door open to allow more heat out and it's just about the temp that a dehydrator would be. Course if it's hot where you are it might get a bit uncomfortable! chek out walllymart... ;) I feel ya on the bread craving...

Ohhhhh, I so understand this one. Bread is such a weakness for me. When I get those nasty cravings I head for a green smoothie. No it's not what I want at the time but at least I am full and stop craving bread! Hang in there!

You're doing great! Craving eventually subside...you just have to show your body who's in charge...and you're doing that!! I like to say...there's a new sheriff in town! Awesome!
