ok. so i started raw again on tuesday.
i've tried it before with limited success. the first time i lost 15lbs, felt great in the beginning but started to feel like shit toward the end of the first month. i didnt know anything about how your body detoxes when you go raw and so i gave up thinking i was doing something wrong.
i tried it again a few weeks ago and gave up after a week and a half presumably because i missed cooking too much. (i love to cook)..
so now im trying it again because my friends from work are doing it too, i think that will make it easier for me. 4 days into it, i decided not to weigh myself at all this time because i noticed that weighing myself was like fucken sabotage. i would beat myself up every time.
so far i felt sick and headachy during the first day, and have been sleeping ALOT. depression is lifting somewhat and i don't go through a bulimic binge/purge cycle like i do when i eat cooked food. i feel a little better, and noticeably lighter, weight-wise. so, all's well i think.
this morning i had a huge smoothie. frozen strawberries, bananas, and water. weeeeeeeeeeeeeee
