Here I go...
So, I am starting the 30 days of 100% raw on Monday. I am excited! I am also nervous about the prospect of giving up my coffee. Any thoughts on that? Should I do it all at once or slowly??? I have been at 50-70% raw following cookbooks for the last 3 weeks, but I have kept the coffee. Any help with the best way to get off coffee would be superb.:)
Also, I am 5'0 feet and weigh 126 pounds. It is my goal to get down to 110. As it is, I have been eating pretty light and mostly raw all day, but have not seen any weight loss. Also, I have not done Alissa's raw diet yet. However, I have not been exercising, so that may make all of the difference. Another note is that I was on Jenny Craig for several months before my body just felt so awful, my skin looked so grey, etc, etc, that I finally decided to listen to my body and go raw. My weight is really a struggle.
