Thurs/ Day 11 continued...
Foods Today so far:
-smoothie: romaine lettuce, pear, flax seed
-smoothie: dandelion greens, kale, banana, pear
I have been having painful intestinal cramps all afternoon. It happened shortly after I ate a tomato and my lentil sprouts. I'll stay away from that combination for awhile. According to this combining table, tomatoes combine best with greens and non-starchy veggies and proteins, NOT lentils. Now I know.
It's been a long day. I hope tomorrow will be better.
