Wed/ Day 10
I can't believe day 10 is almost over!
Today's foods:
-2 pears
-handfull of blueberries
-smoothie: chard, banana, 4 strawberries, flax seed
-sunflower seeds
-5 figs
-smoothie: dandelion greens, banana
-carrots
-cucumber
-grapes
Earlier thise week i had a smoothie with dandelion greens and it was amazingly tasty! Todays, however, was so bitter and not very enjoyable. I used the same ingredients and same amount of greens...so what's up?
My skin has improved since the major breakout from last week. It's still irritated and red, but it's clearing up.
I want some grapefruits!
Not too much else to report today...
