wow thanks for the comments, really felt good, i know ive been once again wandering off in lala and binege land but im back and i know if i dont do this again my health will suffer and im SICK of the meds i wont take them i stop them two days ago, i will not be a victim of a little red pill...so i tried to sign up with someone for a 7 day green smoothies fast but the thread got moved to who knows where but i will do this by myself for seven days its what i need to get going, although i made a killer sea weed salad thats in the fridge...maybe i sneak a bit of that tonight im seriously craving all greens especially sea greens...k i will be back later to fill in what ive been eating im going to shut up now and yea talk is cheap lemme do this...
