Day 8...a whole new world!

Rate this Entry
Yesterday I had the raw taco, thanks to Starfire.....OH MYYYYYY....I'm in love

I have some questions for those of you who care to answer....

What is your favorite recipe?
What is a food processor?
Does processing your food and then eating it constitute eating processed foods?
Are there really enzymes left in dehydrated foods?

....aaaah, still all raw, lost ANOTHER pound, but that was in part because I had no appetite from being in a funk for 2/3's of yesterday. 6 pounds down! (I had 2 bananas, as much of the taco stuff as I could eat, a couple of handfulls of macadamia nuts, some mushrooms with taco stuff as dip, and some cherries).

...going to have a good and productive day today, I only have 2 kids in tow, and 1 has a dentist appointment, poor girl.
Good luck to you all ;)

I mostly go mono-eating. That is, I pick up a banana and eat it, and the same goes for veggies. I have sea salt and almond butter for decadence. I juice carrots in the morning; about a pint. I want to do more intricate things, but I'm a lowly artist. Little by little I'll have what I need. I buy new stuff every week, so I get to have more options as I go along. Some things I want to get are raw nori, for rolls, and truffles for chocolate cravings. Progress not perfection, Anna.

okay - I'm kinda new at all this but I will try to answer the best I can... considering my skill level in the kitchen when it comes to appliances... lol! okay - a food processor is a 'glorified blender sorta' chops food, shreds it, mixes doughs - so no - if you use it to prepare, chop or otherwise ... your food is not 'processed as in store bought processed crap -- but processed as in prepared....

did that help or confuse you? and...lets see... if you dehydrate your foods at under 110 degrees, yes, the enzymes are still alive. (some say 110, some say 114, some say 118).. to be safe I do mine at 109!! lol

favorite recipe? wow.. used to be spicy tacos... and I still love that cuz it's easy and you can eat it with cucumbers, carrots, celery - roll it up in lettuce so many different ways, ... but I also love the banana ice cream I just made (experimenting) and I lllooooove LoveLife's coconut oil fudge (but couldn't eat that all the time - but for a chocolate fix - OMGAAAWD YUMMY! What's your favorite recipe?
