Well, this is my first blog possibly ever so bear with me!![]()
I guess I will start with a bit of a low down, I do have 6 kids, yes, and yes they are all biological singletons! For me, I have always struggled with decisions, a very grey thinker I suppose...and when it comes to kids, I always figured "how can they be a mistake?" ....deciding on other things such as career paths and food consumption paths have been much more of a battle.
I have figured it out though. I want to be a midwife. And a raw foodist.:)
I love seeing some of the before and after pics....I don't think I need to go into why I want this lifestyle, I mean it's plainly obvious....it really is perfect.
As for this lifestyle, I have dabbled in it more and more, especially as of late. I have been a good 50% raw for a few weeks straight. This is a major accomplishment for me, as my typical routine includes rotating through about 5 different diets in a week, one for each day practically, taking the weekends off. It's been a total mightmare! ....for multiple years now!Now I did manage to loose about 20 pounds doing this, 30 at one point, but I have gained 10 back. My highest non-pregnant weight was 178. ...and I am now around 157.
This finally stuck for me when one day I went raw a few weeks ago, but digressed in the evening, eating whatever junk I wanted. I did my usual routine of caving mentally as well. But low and behold, despite my evening digressions I woke up with really white eyes, and beautiful skin glow. So I jumped right back on the band wagon. I know that if that hadn't have happened, I would probably still not be steering linear.
Soooo. I am a big chocolate lover, my goal is to ty and get a raw chocolate recipe ASAP. I also like chips, but I hear I can make some of those too. Hopefully I can make it through today though, I won't be able to get any recipes done today. But I am going to start today none the less...so what's the date? July 12th. ok....I'm off!
