Day 8 (time to fast?)
So I've made it past my first week and have come to several conclusions.
1) I'm losing no weight - very much likely due to all the "treats" I'm eating.
2) My energy and positive attitude have gone way up.
3) I'm not going to weigh myself anymore. I've read that it's negative to weight yourself every day and I seem to have become fixated on that. I'm going to remove the scale from my life and just be happy with who I am and the path I am on.
So, I think I'm going to juice fast then cleanse then juice fast then back to Raw. I have some veggies to finish up so I'll juice for the next few days and then I'll transition into the Master Cleanse that seems popular. My goal with the cleanse is 10 days but I'm going to try and push it past that depending on how I feel. After the cleanse I'll transition back to juice fasting for a few days and then back to pure raw (no dehydrated).
This seems logical to me. Get the body adjusted a bit with a week of raw then slowly dive into cleansing it. It will set me up for a clean approach with raw once I'm done cleaning.
