Yesterday and today I created a blog entry and I keep getting an error that says It wasn't published .

I figured out what I did wrong .

Today I did what is called a Sea salt water Flush. It is from Stanley Burroughs, The Master Cleanse. It consists of 2 level tspns of unrefined, non iodized sea salt to 32 ounces of warm purified water. Believe me when I tell you it works. It's a good thing I work at home. I feel very good right now and I am ready to go 100% raw. I made Some Kombucha this morning and I am going to do some sprouting. I feeling really motivated.


My Stats
1/4/07 174lbs my highest weight. Went on a couple of water fasts.
2/9/07 161lbs Started Master Cleanse
2/26/07 150lbs Completed 17 day Master Cleanse
3/1/07 149lbs Day 1 post Master Cleanse.
