Mon/ Day 8 Continued...
Foods eaten so far today:
-handfull of blueberries
-smoothie: dandelion greens, pear, banana
-smoothie: kale, banana
-1/2 a green bell pepper
-1/2 a cucumber
Mmm, who would have known that dandelion greens tasted so good? I love trying new things...
Dinner will be a green smoothie (chard, banana, flax seed), and maybe a salad with some more of my lentil sprouts and some mixed veggies.?
I'm not always feeling hungry anymore. I was planning on eating more at lunchtime, but I felt like I had eaten enough, so I saved the rest for later. Part of this whole experiment is breaking the habits of eating. I need to eat when I'm hungry, not because it's "time" for me to eat.
Today's energy level has been good, no ups and downs, I've felt consistently good all day long.
