177.5!! I only dropped half a pound in two days. How can that be. I'm doing everything that I am suppose to. Maybe this is why Alissa says not to weigh ourselves all the time. But weighing myself helps me to get through this diet. When I see my progress I feel good about starving myself and giving up those yummy foods like KFC. Ok I'm not starving but you guys know what I mean. So you see Alissa, I need to weigh myself. Even if it drives me nuts. Sorry girl. Is there anyone else out there who feels the same way, that they need to weigh themselves all the time?? Should I totally throw my scale out the window so I'm not tempted? Would love your thoughts.

YESTERDAYS FOOD
Breakfast: Banana Mango pudding
Snack: Yummy tomato soup
Lunch: Marinated spinach with dried cranberries
Snack throughout the day: Grawnola (this stuff is awesome)

    YES! I am starting all over today. Last month I started eating raw Feb. 14th. I juiced, ate salads, every now and then I would eat a cookie or have brown rice. From Feb.14 until March 5. NOTHING!!! I weight exactly the same as I did Feb.14th. I guess I have to work out.

    If you dropped ½ pound every two days, you’d be down 53 pounds by the first day of summer, June 21st. I say keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll be bikini ready by the 4th of July picnic. Best wishes. ;)
