Day 3 - Oh my what a headache
Maybe this is detox today, but I have got a pretty intense headache and am rather tired today. Hopefully detox passes quickly! Luckily it is the weekend and I don't have to be at work.
Morning
1 dehydrated hummus chips
1/2 tsp flax oil
1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
2 cups lentil sprouts
Afternoon
Green smoothie with celery, spinach and kiwi
2 huge spoonfuls honey
1/4 avocado with lots of salt
handful of figs and dates
(Does anyone else find that they add a lot more salt than pre-raw in order to "flavor" the food? Eventually, I want to cut down on my salt consumption. Once I get 100% raw under my belt I will try to reduce salt).
Evening
2 cups grapes (they were on sale!)
2 cups zucchini pasta with lots of zucchini hummus (hummus was thanks to Whole Foods)
1/2 avocado
2 cups salsa
7 Whole Foods raw ravioli
1 huge spoonfull honey
Honey tea
