Day 6 (Bye Bye Dehydrator)
Hi everyone, welcome to Sunday :) Energy level seems so/so. Mood and outlook is still positive. I'm giving up on dehydrated foods and moving solely to fresh. It seems like a more natural way to eat to me plus I dislike dehydrated food anyway. Here's the stats. I decided to remove Body Fat from the stats as my scale's accuracy with body fat is dubious at best. I'll just be happy when my "skinny" clothes fit me again :P

Weight Today: 218.4 lbs

Exercise Day 5: 30m Yoga
What I ate Day 5: three green smoothies, spring salad w/ asian pate, couple medjool dates, the last of my lemon coconut cookies, fluff topping, baby carrots w/ creamy garlic sauce.
