Day 7
Something strange I noticed this morning, after not eating fully raw yesterday, I woke up feeling awful-sluggish, bloated.
I am starting anew today and am not going to beat myself up anymore.
Black coffee and strawberries and 2 kiwi in the morning. Went to gym (finally, first time since December) and worked out for 52 minutes! I feel so awful today, I truly believe now that I am allergic to wheat and dairy. I had felt so great and then with my binge last night, I have sore fingers, knees and joint pain and indigestion. I am also having allergic hives (just took a Benedryl) and I had't had that on the raw diet. So as I detox again, I remind myself how much better I feel on the raw diet.
Afternoon: salad with leafy greens, zucchini and carrot strips with a few grains of sea salt, dash of olive oil and dash of Braggs apple cider vinegar; young coconut milk and banana shake.
Snack: 6 almonds
