AM - Bannana, Coffee (felt whipped during class)
NOON - grapes
SNACK - All natural nacho chips and salsa
PM - Salad with some chicken, grapes
EXERCISE - Biked 35 mins. Swim for 15 minutes
H20 - 1 liter
Weight - 152.2 (Again- WTF??)
I went to the doctor this afternoon. My entire abdominal area is protruding. He is going to run a full blood panel. I used to think thyroid - now maybe Cushings disorder.
