Day 14...Weak moments

Went to work today and took my deluxe salid with me and the collard rolls. The prep work was time consuming (packing everything up), helping me to see the need to keep things simple. For the most part, I am sticking to the raw foods. Sometimes though, temptation gets the better of me and I have a nibble on cooked food. Yuk! It tastes better in my head! I did not take more than a bite, I'm happy to say. Yes, bad habits are hard to break. It's hard cooking for hubby and kids and not tasting the meal. I really need to work on that. I ate a banana and some pineapple and fixed the pesto lasagne. It was alright...nothing to write home about, though. I also made two nori rolls with the califlower...now THAT I liked!!! I also need to watch the nut intake because I haven't lost anymore weight...still at 191 lbs...

Still scared to use the dehydrator... I don't know why I'm letting that thing get to me!!! I'm just gonna hold my breath and dive in next week when I use it for the week 4 meals. Most of what I have fixed from Alissa's book I have really loved. My favorite is the collard roll and the Walnut Pate with the Zucchini Pasta and Marinara Sauce. Yum!

    i just got my dehydrator yesterday too. and it's a lot bigger than i thought it was going to be. but i might skip ahead to the chocolate chip cookies today :)
