Today was a good day in many ways. But not eating ways... Went to church this morning and my heart and mind were fed abundantly. Loved every minute of it! Before I left for church, I grabbed a banana to eat on the way. As far as feeding my body, I guess that wasn't the best thing to do, but it kept me going 'til later. When I got home I cut up 2 celery stalks, 1/2 red bell pepper, about 14 grape tomatoes and 1/2 avocado. Put a little bit of Bragg's Liquid Aminos over it. Also finished off Salmon Pate over the salad. Tasted good and a glass of water finished this bit of food off. Haven't been real hunger today. However, I am getting hungry for something Right Now! I'm going to go and use my Saladocco (reading one of today's new posts reminded I haven't used it in some time) and make angle hair pasta out of my one remaining zucchini. Need to get somemore. Not sure what I will put over it as it's almost 7:00 p.m. But it will be some form of tomato. I'm not sure I can wait much longer to eat. LOL Guess it's my own fault since I haven't been mindful of what I have, or have not, eat'n today. Just one of those days I guess -- know what I mean?!!??
Well, 'til tomorrow ... :)

Been there! Sometimes I am so NOT prepared. Very bad. yep, you will enjoy the fajitas. I will also scrounge up the mashed potatoe recipe for you made from parsnips. The closest recipe I have stumbled on so far for that. Sounds like you did great today. Keep up the great work!

yep - been there too!! having to be 'prepared' is a new thing for me. I'm new at this raw thing - and when I was eating SAD.. dh did most of the cooking and I grazed a lot on crap - crackers, chips, cheese... all the stuff I'm not eating now - lol! So I'm really trying to pay attention and BE PREPARED....
