Fasting excitement!!!!!!!!

I am SO excited as I anticipate doing a 111 day juice fast with Aleesha!!!!!! I've honestly never done over 10 days of straight juicing (MC doesn't count).

To get myself mentally and physically ready to handle that, I want to juice during the day beginning today. I'm still going to eat raw for now, but I will add at least one juice every day this month. I'd like to fast the whole day on Fridays which works best with my schedule, but we'll see.

I have lost some weight initially since eating raw, but I have plateaued for quite a while now and would love to lose the rest of it.

I will use my trusty Jack LaLanne Juicer for now, but i fully intend to have a brand new Greenstar Juicer by the time the 111 day fast begins.

To do this with Aleesha is REALLY exciting because she has done AMAZING fasting since I've been coming to this site! If she holds my hand through it, I know I can do it!!!

    I think it's an amazing idea. I'm not sure if feasting is for me... But I adore he idea of adding a green juice to each day!

    I do know this, you will be amazing at this and having Aleesha as a guide wi be a definite bonus!

    Anything you set your mind to and really want to achieve... you can.

    Fasting isn't hard to do - if your head is in the game and you get into the zone.

    It's the zone that you need to discover. So... I love the idea of you preping for this fast Nee. Get into the zone girlfriend... and Parz and I will walk with you as we all discover new aspects of our Selves.

    Good thinking! Plan ahead. I need more than Aleesha holding my hand though. I would need her to move in with me, lol.
    You can do this!!! Nail that wandering zone down and go for it!
