Getting my gourmet on
I have an amazing week coming up. Why? Pay day! The last pay period was pretty rough after an 80$ produce trip which didn't feed me for too long.
Twenty dollars for four days of food was definitely an amazing help and encouragement.
We're comin up on a stock up trip for things for the month of March which include raw coacoa powder, pecans, almond butter, cashews, pepitas, sunflower seeds in addition to my normal ruffage.
Once we hit Thursday we're off to the races. I'll be dehydrating raw banana bread, mini torte cups and pizza "dough".
I'm planning for pizza sauce and cashew cheese for my pizzas, ranch dressing for dipping said pizza and of course small peppers sweet peppers, carrots and my favorite celery.
I'm also givig myself a chance at filling those raw torte cups with amazing raw some chocolate mousse.
Tomorrow night I have everything set up for hurry up Pad Thai.
These little adventures are definitely going to be amazing.
The amazing Mr J has even agreed to try a few things this week which is amazing news and a little bit more than encouraging.
I have my phone set up for pictures and hopefully we'll have some excitement.
