I'm home for lunch and thought I would write. Yummy berry smoothie and some walnuts.
Oh yes, I'm rawkin it! I finished strong yesterday with only a cooked breakfast. Today I am going to eat 100% except for coffee this morning.
I'm feeling more motivated and healthier already. Clearer mind I would say. Less emotional. Something at work would have snapped me any other day, but I'm rolling with it today.
